Back when we reported the news about Jack Straw moving to Belltown, this was exactly what we were all worked up about.

On Sunday August 10 from 1 to 5, the co-ed high-style shopping destination joins its supercool neighbors—including the equally esteemable Baby and Co., Coupe Roeki, and some grand food and drink folks—for a shopping-centric block party benefitting the Pike Place Market Foundation.

And get this: Jack Straw's Paola Medina tells me that for "one day only, all remaining spring 2014 merchandise will be offered at 70 percent off and a 10 percent discount will be taken on new fall pieces." Part of these proceeds go to the aforementioned nearby non-profit. Now that's down right neighborly.

Shoppers can expect similar deals and incentives from the rest of the 1900 block.
