Once again, Il Fornaio pairs an authentic Italian meal with Obelisco Estate wines. Chef Franz Junfa will be creating menu items such as insalata with Washington pears and arugula, house-made Italian sausage with mushroom sauce, and the entrée choice between wild sturgeon or lamb rack chops. Hogs and Hooch
Pork and whiskey, whiskey and pork. Local 360 has got the bases covered. The crew is roasting an entire pig and serving it in three courses. Starting at 5, the pig parts will be on a first come, first serve basis (the restaurant keeps track of inventory using a chalkboard). And to top things off, bourbon and moonshine will be served from local distiller 2 Bar Spirits. Get the installment for $30.

Meet the Makers
Over in Maxime Bilet's Art for Food space, you'll find an extended calendar of interactive learning events. Like this get-together featuring folks from Miyabi 45th, Blind Pig's Charles Walpole, Taylor Shellfish, Theo Chocolate. Try out some eats, sip on some wines, and enjoy some live music. Snoqualmie Ice Cream Shoppe Grand Opening
This little scoop shop is reopening its doors to a brand spanking new interior and some new fun menu items. Boozy shakes and floats, local beer and wine, and signature flatbreads and bowls will be available in addition to the ice cream flavors. Doors open at 11.
