Generally speaking, a bottle of wine isn't the most personal of gifts. A three-month membership to a wine club is another matter entirely. Seattle has a host of great options for wine club memberships, as well as variations dedicated to beer, Champagne, and even coffee. 

Fat Cork  
Although the Champagne is not from Seattle (because it’s Champagne, duh), the company is local, and its commitment to farm-to-table-like grower Champagne is very Seattle. There are a couple of options that very by varietals and number of bottles, but selections are delivered every two months with a price range of  $99-$298.

Purple Wine Club
The wine-dedicated restaurant has launched its own club; options include a choice of red, white, or the director’s flight. Bottles can arrive monthly or every three months. A trio of wines is $75.

The Tasting Room Wine Club
The Pike Place Market tasting room's membership is extremely flexible, with four different options for the number of bottles you receive every three months. All of the wines are selected by the wine shop, naturally, and all hail from our great state. Prices range from $60–$240 depending on how many bottles you order.

West Seattle Wine Cellars
Choose either a Washington- or Oregon-focused membership, which includes two bottles of something red (usually) sent directly to your door for $80 a month.

The boutique wine website's Pacific Northwest Wine Club has option provides 3-12 bottles, either two or four times a year, depending on your wine drinking needs. Prices start at $48. 

NW Peaks Brewing
Members of the Ballard brewery's Mountainbeers club get early access to growlers of newly released beers each month. 

Bean Box
Coffee from some of Seattle's most legit roasters delivered to your doorstep. The $20 monthly dispatch includes four bags of freshly roasted beans from places like Herkimer, Broadcast, Tin Umbrella, and Slate.
