Tomo Nakayama wants you to hear the songs from his new solo record Fog on the Lens. ... No, I don't think you understand. Nakayama really wants you to hear these songs. Tomorrow the Grand Hallway frontman is basically doing everything short of coming to your house to play them for specifically for you (but he's probably coming somewhere near you).

To celebrate the November 4 the release of Fog on the Lens, Nakayama (who also showed up in a crucial role in Lynn Shelton's Touchy Feely) will play fourteen free concerts across Seattle. That's right, a baker's dozen plus one. The venues range from record stores to coffeehouses to bars to movie theaters to thrift stores to yoga spas. Considering the singer-songwriter's delicate coo never disappoints live, it's worth it to try and catch one (or two or three or four...) of these shows (see the full list below). Also, bringing the man some Throat Coat tea and local honey might not be the worst idea.
