Don’t try this at home!

Calling all eaters of turkeys: Head to any of these restaurants serving their own distinctive takes on the Thanksgiving dinner. After making a reservation, of course.

Agrodolce
Maria Hines's Sicilian-style Thanksgiving means a three-course menu that offers housemade focaccia bread, sweet potato cavatelli, and turkey breast involtini. For il dolce savor the pumpkin sheep’s milk ricotta cheesecake. Although very vegetarian-friendly, more meatless (or fish) options available with notice. 3-8pm. 206-547-9707 for reservations. $65/adult (optional wine pairing $35).

Aqua by El Gaucho
Treat yo’self to a Thanksgiving with a waterfront view. Sticking with its surf and turf tradition, Aqua will be offering entrees such as red king crab legs from the Barents Sea, with black truffle aioli and lemon butter as well as a Niman Ranch pork porterhouse steak with a bourbon cider cream. The list goes on… Or, go the comfort food route and order the traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings. 2-8pm. 206-956-9171 for reservations. Prices a la carte.

Argosy
Hey, why not forego land altogether and hop aboard Argosy Cruises for a change of scenery? Espeically if Chris Keff designed the menu. Classics such roast turkey and brandied cranberry sauce make appearances, but if you’re craving something less traditional, there’s char-grilled steelhead with smoked tomato buerre blanc or a pork chop stuffed with sausage, pears, and currants. Please give the Argosy a 48 hour heads up on this one, as it takes a bit of time and preparation to double-stuff a pork chop with more pork. Because...pork. 2-5pm, 206-623-1445 for reservations or online. $72/adult, $39/child 4-12. Tickets can be purchase online.

ART Restaurant
Here, you’ll find waterfront views, Thanksgiving favorites, and a warm atmosphere throughout the eclectic four-course meal. Choose from each course a fall dish or something a bit more Pacific Northwest; an organic roasted turkey or king salmon with red wine sauce, for example. Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, 11am-7:30pm. $85/adult, $35/child. 206-749-7070 for reservations.

Bell and Whete
As only a Norman cuisine–inspired restaurant can, this Thanksgiving banquet ($28 per person) harkens back to the Dark Ages with items like cider-brined free range rotisserie turkey and special order whole roasted Tani Creek Farm goose, also on the rotisserie. Do reserve your goose (serves 4, 6, or 8 at $49 per person) by Nov 22. 11am-9pm, 206-538-0180 for reservations or online.

Chandler’s Crabhouse
To get your Northwest fare fix try the Thanksgiving four-course feast here. Choose from dishes like Chandler’s whiskey crab soup, herb-roasted prime rib, crab stuffed prawns, and an eggnog creme brulee for dessert. Noon-8pm. $48/adult, $12/children aged 6-10 (kid’s menu), children 0-5 free. 206-223-2722 for reservations.

Daniel’s Broiler
All three locations are also doing a four-course feast with entrees such as broiled salmon with lemon-herb butter sauce and maple-cured pork roast with sherry mustard glaze. Noon-8pm. $55/adult, $12/children aged 6-10 (kid’s menu), children 0-5 free. 425-462-4662 (Bellevue), 206-621-8262 (Eastlake), 206-329-4191 (Leschi).

The 5 Point Cafe
The Thanksgiving spread here is definitely on point: house-roasted bird with turkey gravy, glazed sweet potatoes, butternut squash bisque, and a choice of pumpkin or apple pie. 10am-10pm. $25. No reservations required.

Four Seasons
For a more relaxed venue that’s perfect for large groups and families, try the buffet in the Ballroom of Seattle’s Four Seasons Hotel. Highlights include apricot-glazed ham, artisanal cheese with seasonal fruit chutneys, sage chestnut stuffing, molasses-glazed sweet potatoes, and more! 2-5pm. $55/adult, $25/child. 206-749-7070 for reservations.

Golden Beetle
Wood-fired turkey. That’s all you really need to know, but I’ll go on. Four-course Mediterranean inspired Thanksgiving meets all-American classics with roasted kabocha squash soup, sweet potato tart, St. Jude albacore tuna, said wood-fired turkey, and more. 3-8pm. $55/adult (optional wine pairing for $30). 206-706-2977 for reservations.

Hula Hula
Love your Thanksgiving with a side of Seahawks and topped off with some evening karaoke? Then Hula Hula in lower Queen Anne is the answer. For dinner, a NW turkey prix fixe at $21 per person that includes sage apple leek stuffing, pancetta herb gravy, and more. Add pumpkin pie with whipped cream for five bucks. Dinner at 4pm. Seahawks game at 5:30pm. Karaoke at 9pm. 206-284-5003 reservations encouraged, but not required.

Local 360
True to its sustainable and local ethos, relish in an organic dinner farm-to-Thanksgiving-table style. At $28 per person the Thanksgiving plate includes a cider-brined free range turkey, buttermilk mashers, red eye gravy, house cranberries, and pumpkin pie with spiced whip. A diverse a la carte menu also available. 11am-9pm, 206-441-9360 for reservations.

Tini Bigs
If, like me, you prefer Thanksgiving dinner with a lovely holiday cocktail in hand, try Tini Bigs. Like Hula Hula, there will be the NW prix fixe menu for $21 per person. 4pm-midnight. 206-284-0931 for reservations, but not required.

Sazerac
Head downtown for the usual South-meets-Pacific Northwest flare of Sazerac, and the Thanksgiving spread will be no exception. Well, the “Turkey Plate” is more on traditional, but cast iron skillet sides like bacon and sage cornbread stuffing, and fried oysters offer nice departures from the typical fare. 2–8pm, a la carte; regular menu also available. 206-624-7755 for reservations.

Six Seven at the Edgewater
Dine here with a view of beautiful Elliott Bay this Thanksgiving while noshing on seasonal northwest fare. This four-course dinner offers fall favorites such as roasted pumpkin soup and arugula and beet salad with pistachio brittle. For the main course try the braised lamb shank (always a good choice) or perhaps the maple Dijon glazed Shelton Farms turkey? Noon-8pm. $70/adult, $35/child. 206-269-4575 for reservations.

Urbane
Sage-braised thighs with chanterelle gravy (say that five times fast), savory quinoa with caramelized pears, heirloom squash and leek gratin… the list of deliciousness goes on. In addition to Urbane’s holiday menu, some of the regular fare will be available also (but why stray from these seasonal dishes?). Noon-close. $40 per person. 206-676-4600 for reservations or online.
