Clinical Trial Awareness
Clinical trials can lead to new drugs and treatments for a variety of diseases, as well as a little money for the participants, but the idea of actually doing one can be a bit scary.
The Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation is hosting an educational event: a discussion on clinical trials, the process, and the benefits of participating.
The session will also include free health screenings, information booths with local healthcare professionals, and free food.
