BALLARD
Cupcake Camp, a tasting and fundraiser hosted by Bella Cupcake Couture, will take place on Sunday, April 17 at the Canal on 5300 34th Ave NW. Ticket sales benefit the Hope Heart Institute. Purchase Cupcake Camp tickets here for $8; they’re $10 at the door.

WEST SEATTLE
A Terrible Beauty, an Irish Pub, will open at 4752 California Ave in May, reports West Seattle Herald. The pub will take after its predecessor in Renton, with gourmet pub fare and plenty of beer on tap.

WALLINGFORD
On March 31 Art of the Table introduced a new á la carte small plate menu to be served every Thursday 5pm until close. No reservations needed. The restaurant’s popular four-course Supper Club will continue on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Broadway MOD Pizza opens to the public on April 2.

Professional and amateur dough-rollers across the country are selling their goods as part of Bakesale for Japan. Swing by the Cakespy shop at 415 E Pine Street on Saturday, April 2 from 9 to 1 and proceeds will benefit Peace Winds Japan.
