So Local 360, the new Belltown restaurant, coffee bar, and market I wrote about a few months ago, has been very softly opening this week.
You can now go get a cup of coffee there, for instance.
But when the restaurant is fully up and running (soon, soon), the chef cooking there won’t be Chris Jensen, as was planned.
Spokesperson Kerri Harrop reports: “we are now in the very capable hands of Chef Mike Robertshaw (La Bete, Quinn’s, Union, Toulouse Petit, Zoe).”
Local 360 has assumed the former Flying Fish space at First and Bell.
