Glassybaby fans fill the block every year in the seconds hours before the sale. Where will you be?

WHERE: Glassybaby Madrona

WHAT: Attention Glassyladies (and gents, of course): Consider this your friendly neighborhood reminder for the annual Seconds Sale, taking place at the beloved local company's hot shop.

You know the drill—line up as early as you dare, pack your snacks, and sort out your color scheme strategy as you wait.

(For those new to all this: Glassybaby hosts a sale each year at its Madrona studio, unloading its Glassymaybes—votives and drinkers with minor imperfections—for $28 and $35 respectively, a total score considering the standard treasures go for $44 and $55.)

As always, 10 percent of the proceeds will go to charity. This year's sales benefit Camp Korey, a nonprofit that provides a safe environment for children with life-altering conditions and their families to have a fun camp experience.

WHEN: Doors open at 8 in the morning on Saturday, January 25, but you can expect day-after-Thanksgiving-caliber madness. There will be a line, and you'll need to decide how early you want to be in it.

Or, visit the Glassybaby Facebook page for a chance to win the very first spot—and stay tuned to that social media channel on the day of the sale, when the company announces a special online deal for those that can't make it to brick-and-mortar. This year's promo is currently hush-hush, but last year's allowed for a 10 percent discount.
