WHERE: Kiehl's at University Village

WHAT: Skincare and cosmetics company Kiehl's kicks off its West Coast celebrity motorcycle ride at Seattle's U Village location with a day of meet-and-greets, local snacks, and in-store discounts of 15 percent off most items all benefiting the Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR).

Since partnering with amFAR and other AIDS awareness organizations, Kiehl's has raised over $2.5 million for the cause. The LifeRide takes celebrities and philanthropists on a nine-day promotional motorcycle ride from Seattle to Los Angeles, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars along the way.

Need extra incentive to attend? Actors including John Corbett and Gilles Marini (Sex and the City's Aiden and Dante, anyone?) will be on hand for photos and autographs before revving up their engines.

WHEN: The kick off begins Wednesday, July 31 at 12:30 with riders taking off at 2:30. Charitable discounts last all day.
