This summer Kirkland’s Woodmark Hotel lost its restaurant anchor, Bin Vivant—to have it reborn this month as Bin on the Lake, in the old Yarrow Bay Grill space across the courtyard. (Hotel banquets will fill the old Woodmark space.) Same rigorous wine emphasis; even better view.
