I should note: it wasn't clear to everyone there on Wednesday night (I know because I fielded a few questions) that both Lizzie Parker and Lisa Hunter were not part of the competition element of the Independent Designer Showcase. Their collections book-ended the contestants' collections but they were not eligible to win.
