Celebrity chef Guy Fieri cooked up a smash-hit evening during the Saint Martin’s University Gala on November 3. From the Viking Stage in Marcus Pavilion, Fieri prepared a multicourse meal and inspired the crowd to raise more than $700,000 for student scholarships. Festivities included Meet the Chef, sponsored by Merlino Foods, and the gala, sponsored by Presenting Partner Bon Appétit Management Company and several other supporters. Special thanks to gala coordinator Valerie Fluetsch and auctioneer Jeff Stokes.
