It's official: a Kent man has filed a federal suit against the city over the ban on guns in parks.

[Bob Warden's suit] was filed in federal court this morning and served at Mayor Nickels‘ house. The mayor and the city are named as defendants, in Warden’s claim that the city rule violates the U.S. and Washington state constitutions
