Afternoon Fizz: A Merger in the Local Blog World?

The Slog is reporting a rumor they heard that PubliCola is buying SeattleCrime.com, the newsy blog written by seriously-sourced local crime beat reporter Jonah Spangenthal-Lee.

We've got no comment on that rumor. However, we'd actually heard the Slog was buying Seattlecrime.com.

I heard the Seattle Times was buying the Slog... actually I just like the idea of Blethen being Goldy's boss.
