T-Doug’s Pike Place restaurant will feature gin as the “spirit premiere” of the year to kick-start another round of cocktail classes. For $20, Ben from Big Gin Distillery in Ballard will demonstrate the art of making three gin based cocktails, and of course snacks will be available too, all starting at 5:30.
