Seattle Met is getting ready to launch our second annual tribute to the young, under heralded superstars in Seattle’s restaurant kitchens—the hard working sous chefs and line cooks and talented deputies who haven’t achieved glory and household-name status…yet.
Know anyone like that? We’ve kept our stipulations loose to enable all worthy chefs to be considered—but generally speaking we’re looking for youngish (under 40) talents who don’t yet have their own establishments but whose skill suggests they one day will.
