While he has yet to pick a name, the James Beard Award-winning owner of Lark is working on a multifaceted restaurant in Capitol Hill. Prosciutto? Sashimi? Sandwiches? Oysters? Yes! We can’t wait to find out more.

Blue Moon Burgers on Alki?
Though many details remain to be discovered, West Seattle Blog reports Blue Moon Burgers owner Charlie Olson has apparently purchased the space formerly home to Alki Auto Repair and will convert it into a restaurant.

Nuflours
Eater Seattle checked in with the ladies of Nuflours, who are readying their gluten-free bakeshop in the space on 15th formerly occupied by North Hill Bakery. Baking operations might move in by the end of the month, though the retail bakery itself will be ready "summerish."

Comet Tavern
Lost Lake Café and Lounge and Big Mario’s New York Style Pizza co-owners Dave Meinert and Jason Lajeunesse are gearing up to re-open the popular Capitol Hill spot, this time with an actual food menu and less grit. The opening is slated for March 31, according to Capitol Hill Seattle Blog.
