Here we go.

BALLARD
Ballard Loft swaps sports and trivia for a DJ this Friday to celebrate its fifth anniversary. Happy hour prices all the night long.

Ethan Stowell’s Ballard Pizza Company is hopping aboard the happy hour train. Starting January 14 between 4 and 6 daily, diners can order $2 slices; add a draft beer and make it $5.

BREMERTON
Washington beer blog
says that Silver City Brewing Company plans to start distributing six packs of its Ridgetop Red craft brew. Kitsap County and the Olympic Peninsula will be the first to see it on shelves, with plans for a Seattle debut coming later.

CAPITOL HILL
Lunch is served at six-year-old Osteria la Spiga beginning January 15. The menu will include typical midday fare—sandwiches, soups, salads—plus fresh pastas, reports Eater Seattle

For its sixth birthday, Volunteer Park Cafe is getting festive and handing out a complimentary glass of sparkling wine during dinner on Friday, January 11. Help blow out the birthday candles by calling 206-328-3155.

FREMONT
More pasta for lunch! We already told you about the great new happy hour at Agrodolce, but Maria Hines’s newest restaurant has introduced lunch, too. From 11 to 2:30 find a variety of noodle preparations plus panini and antipasti. The also-new weekend brunch occurs from 10 to 2:30 and features savory and sweet Sicilian twists on breakfast staples.

MADRONA
It’s the same menu and all—chef Jim McCarthy suggests the Mad Hatcher half chicken—but the recently rebooted Restaurant Bea has decided to open for Sunday dinner starting January 20. Meal service begins at 5 with happy hour happening until 6.

WALLINGFORD
We're only one week in to 2013, but these sheninigans may take the cake for most idiotic of the year. Eater Seattle recounts one determined criminal's thwarted attempted to break in at Wine World using a boulder—in broad daylight, with onlookers across the street.
