Come November 1 Jeffrey Wilson assumes sole ownership of Broadway’s Table 219. Wilson, the restaurant’s executive chef, bought out business partners Gary Snyder and Stacey Hettinger, and while he doesn’t plan to alter the menu, Wilson will make slight cosmetic changes and institute a new name: Americana.
