You, dear diner, will pay for your kimchi rice bowl on the right side of that long, open counter, then scoot down the line and pick it up on the other end, all while taking in the action of the quite cozy kitchen. Sound familiar?
Still, a new, permanent venture is bound to give rise to some novelties. Like seating, but also more hours, free (and easy) parking, and—here’s the biggie—beer and wine.
