Seattle Chefs Table is a series of dinners hosted by some of Seattle’s best chefs: Jason Wilson of Crush, Thierry Rautureau of Rover’s, Maria Hines of Tilth, Joseba Jiménez de Jiménez, who used to own Harvest Vine but now has some sort of nebulous consulting role there, Jonathan Sundstrom of Lark, and Holly Smith of Cafe Juanita.
Despite the unappetizing economical climate, last year’s dinners sold out completely. Why? Because if you’re going to eat at a fancy restaurant, this is the way to do it: a multi-course meal fastidiously planned for a small set of people, access to the chef, an intimate environment.
Make reservations directly with each restaurant. Dinners start at 6pm with passed hors d’oeuvres and champagne and cost $110 per person. Wine, tax, and gratuity are not included.
