Another update on Seattle Center House? You better believe it.
Undeniably great mobile operation Bigfood is in talks to open a seven-day-a-week kiosk at the renovated food emporium. Tyler Rebman, who runs Bigfood with Matt Pontious, says they will likely make plans official next week.
The menu will take cues from the truck—so Carribean-Indian meats and slaws atop fresh flatbreads—but include a more robust selection of sides. Also in the works are some tea-based libations.
Rebman and Pontious have lined up a busy summer for themselves. Rebman says they are doing concessions at Pacific Raceways. They also hope to hit up several local farmers markets and wineries in Woodinville. Oh, and look for their awesome oyster grill to resurface more regularly in mid-April.
