Just a little red, from Friday’s Project Red Dress party. This picture is from the wonderful Barbie Hull— we’ll get some runway shots up soon but for now I think this adequately illustrates the very red backstage vibe.
Everything always feels a good eight or nine times more elegant at the Fairmont Olympic, and this year’s designs really showed ingenuity, flair, skill, guts, and passion. Nick was great, as ever, and I’ve never seen fashion industry insider Rose Dennis, pictured here with me and two of the models, look more like royalty. Talk about a lady in red.
