Forget dive bars and fauxhawks: Capitol Hill is quickly becoming the city’s headquarters for elevated ice cream shops. Molly Moons and Old School Custard will find themselves with a brand-new competitor when Bluebird opens its doors tonight at 5pm.

The Capitol Hill Seattle blog has an interview with the owner of Bluebird. Especially exciting is the news that the parlor has collaborated with neighbors Elysian and Stumptown Coffee to create custom flavors.

Here’s a link to the full menu.
