Change of plans, Seattle. Cancel whatever you are doing tomorrow night because we’re going to downtown Bellevue. During rush hour. Hey, hey, Fetal Position. No reason to freak out. We’re talking about free dinner here, and at a wine bar where the food is really good.

Every Wednesday starting at 5pm, Grand Cru wine bar in Bellevue is giving away dinner. You pick one of two starters and one of three entrees from a menu that changes weekly. (The bar adds an 18 percent gratuity based on what your meal would have cost. You were going to tip anyway, right?)

Grand Cru has put together a list of by-the-glass selections for pairing. Sounds like an awesome opportunity to try some wines.

I like it Grand Cru. I like it a lot.
