Bainbridge Organic Distillery Up and Running

I learned via a Twitter tip recently that Bainbridge Organic Distillery had finally started selling a few weeks ago. This turns out to be true, a call to head distiller Keith Barnes resulted in the confirmation that the distillery is selling vodka out of its tasting room, and will soon offer up gin as well. Barnes also makes whiskey; there’s a waiting list you can join on if you want to buy some.
You can visit the tasting room at 9727 Coppertop Loop on Bainbridge Island. If you go, be sure to visit Bainbridge Island winery as well, vintner Gerard Bentryn is the nicest guy and he gives great tours.
