Here his joins his brother and Top Pot co-founder Mike in plugging Hand-Forged Doughnuts, their first publication due out September 21. Also present is Seattle Met recipe extraordinaire Jess Thomson; she helped write the tome. Also: doughnut porn, lots of it.
