ART Restaurant 11am–2pm
Along with à la carte offerings—lemon brioche French toast, Dungeness crab cake benedict, maple glazed ham—guests have access to a buffet featuring salads, savories, and dessert. Alderbrook Resort & Spa 8am–3pm
Get your fill of Hood Canal views, then fill up on hot and cold platters at the buffet, or order from a list of AM entrees. Oodles of sweets await at the desserts spread, and there’s a prime rib carving station, too. $45/adults, $14/children 10 years and younger; call for reservations.

Ivar’s Acres of Clams 9am–3pm
Freshly shucked oysters, cocktail prawns, and fish and chips are just a few of the oceanic treats gracing this seafood-centric repast, also featuring a crepe, carving, and omelet station. Snap a picture with the Easter Clam—even if your belly is full of his bivalve relatives. $29/adult, $15/children age 6–12; reservations recommended.

Milagro Cantina 10am–3pm
Brunch goes south of the border courtesy special Easter fare including Pan Dulce Mexicana, horchata- and tequila-dipped French toast with key lime syrup, and Relleno Desayunos, a roasted poblano scramble. Individual items $10–$13/person; call for reservations.

Salty’s on Alki Sat 8:45am–1pm, Sun 7:45am–8pm
Indecisive types may have a tough time with this one: the pancakes, French toast, and waffles alone are accompanied by an array of toppings and syrups. Ponder more choices at the pasta, omelet, and crêpe stations. Oysters are shucked to order at the seafood table, which also offers blackened salmon and fried catfish. Six Seven Restaurant 11am–4pm
Chef John Roberts offers seasonally inspired items like Northwest cioppino. The cold table features everything from a Mediterranean platter to sushi and salumi. $49.95/adults, $24.95/children under 12; call for reservations.

Tidbit Bistro 10am–3pm
Arancini Strapazzati (eggs over rice balls), three-egg frittata with veggies and goat cheese, and other authentic fare from the boot make up this brunch. Individual items $10–$16/person; call for reservations.

Urbane 6:30am–2pm
The buffet of many stations (egg, carving, toast, waffle) will leave your plate piled high, but make room for the stick-to-your-ribs hot dishes including fried chicken with honey glaze, lamb meatballs with fennel and tomato sauce, and grilled sticky buns. $42/adult, $22/children; call for reservations.

Serafina in Eastlake does Easter brunch Italian style.

Serafina 10am–3pm
Share antipasti—bitter greens with pancetta, butter lettuce salad, a Tuscan spring dish of fava bean puree and pecorino cheese— then it’s on to the entrees: grilled New York strip or fennel sausage with crispy potatoes, braised organic pork with shredded potatoes and sautéed nettles, a traditional Easter tart, salmon scrambled eggs, or Serafina’s signature dish, a cheesy baked eggplant. Sazerac 9am–2pm
A buffet fit for meat lovers tempts with applewood bacon, pit smoked ham, andouille sausage, grilled free range chicken, and tri tip steak. Vegheads need not worry: also included is a made-to-order omelet station, baked pasta florentine, several salads, and an assortment of sweets. $39.95/person, $9.95/children 12 and under; call for reservations.

Tavolàta 11am–3pm
Chef Brandon Kirksey’s lengthy list of dishes includes several scrambles, French toast with ricotta and fried egg, grilled Culotte steak, poached duck eggs, and a lamb burger. Save room for something dolce: zeppoli, panna cotta, or gelato. Individual items $8–$15/person; reservations recommended.

Tulio 8am–2pm
To complement their regular morning menu, Tulio offers Italian-inspired specials: creamy polenta with rosemary potatoes, toasted walnuts, and roasted pears, a torta of savory egg custard, pancetta, and cheeses, house-made lamb sausage, and crab tortelli. Waterway Cruises 10:30am–1pm
A champagne toast and live music liven up this buffet, which diners enjoy during a two-hour sail on Lake Washington. $59/adults, $53/seniors and military, $25/children 5–12, children 4 and under free; reservations recommended.

Library Bistro
Savory picks include a Dungeness hoagie and a garlic prawn omelet, while sweet teeth will want the Red Velvet waffles (gluten-free!) with a rhubarb compote. The kid’s menu features green eggs and ham. Individual items $6–$21/person; call for reservations.

The 425 hot spot caters to ambitious eaters: the bill boasts entrees such as a smoked salmon scramble, bechamel-topped Dungeness crab omelet, filet mignon steak sandwich, and wild mushroom risotto, all served with in-house currant scones, an appetizer, and potatoes. Ray’s Boathouse 9am–2:30pm
A seated brunch offers petit filet mignon with potato cake, slow roasted pork leg with cheddar polenta, cinnamon and raisin French toast with pepper bacon and fruit, and a rich, braised shortrib benedict. Ray’s Café 9:30am–3pm
Or make the rounds at a brunch buffet featuring a full seafood bar and carving station, sides and salads, and plenty of entrees and breakfast dishes. Rover’s 10am–2pm

Salish Lodge and Spa Dining room 7am–2pm; buffet 10am–3pm

Basil’s Kitchen 9:30am–2:30pm
Chef Favio and staff at the Bellevue Hilton carve up leg of lamb, prime rib, and turkey breast; the buffet also features herb crusted salmon, grilled chicken breast with mushrooms, and scrambled eggs with gruyere scallop potatoes. Go wild at the make-your-own omelet and Belgian waffle stations. $42 adults, $18.95 children 6–12; reservations suggested.

Bastille 10am–3pm
Chef Shannon Galusha features three plat du jours along with regular brunch items: salmon and fennel hash, cured brisket, and a Florentine omelet with spinach du toit and house-made chevre. Bar manager Charles Veitch couples those with two Eastery cocktails. Individual items $7 to $17/person, reservations recommended.

Beach Café 10am–3pm
Hop through the omelet station and make-your-own Bloody Mary bar, or order dishes like baked ham with honey pepper glaze, Tillamook cheddar scrambled eggs, spring vegetable quiche, and Alaskan king salmon with baby spinach and lemon essence. $29 adults, $15 children 10 and under; call for reservations.

Bin on the Lake
Chef Paul Hyman’s à la carte menu is comfort food to the max, featuring vanilla bean brioche French toast, buttermilk fried hen with a brown sugar waffle, black truffle scramble, and a lamb shank with bean and sausage cassoulet. Individual items $10 to $30/person; call for reservations.

Brasserie Margaux 11am–3pm
This bountiful buffet includes roasted leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary, seafood paella, eggs florentine with basil hollandaise, and buttermilk pancakes with blueberry compote, to name a few. Salads and pastries make up the cold selections and three different fruit tarts—French apple, pear, and fresh strawberry—round out the dessert selections. $32 adults, $16 children 5–11; call for reservations.

Chandler’s Crabhouse 10am–3pm
Start with house-made scones and appetizers, then dig into the seafood-centric entrees: dungeness and bay shrimp Louie, crab cakes or crab quiche, king salmon or halibut filets, or corned beef hash with poached eggs and chili hollandaise. $30 adults, $10 children 6–10, children 5 and under free; reservations recommended.

Daniel’s Broiler 10am–2:30pm at Bellevue and Lake Union, 11am–2:30pm at Leschi
Go surf—clam chowder and Alaskan king salmon served with an artichoke gruyere quiche, lobster club salad, crab omelete—or turf with a USDA prime filet mignon. Whatever the order, you get a basket of homemade scones. $35 adults ($45 for filet mignon), $10 children 6–10, children 5 and under free; reservations recommended.

The Hardware Store 8am–2:30pm
The Vashon eatery prepares a little bit of everything: scrambled eggs, honey ham, mini pancakes (gluten-free available) mac and cheese, and a Caledonia benedict with spinach, tomatoes, cheese, and salsa. $18 adults, $8 children 12 and under; reservations recommended.

Kaspars 9am–2:30pm
Chef Kaspar Donier offers an impressive spread of pastries, antipasti, and salads, plus hot selections such as fried cornish hen with sausage gravy, carrots mousseline, and three meat empanadas, Traditional breakfast go-tos, too. Leave room for desserts like the orange cardamom creme brulée, chocolate pavlova with pears and chocolate Chantilly, and a strawberry rhubarb shortcake. $40 adults, $15 children 7–14, children 6 and under free; call for reservations.

Ponti Seafood Grill
