Great question. We’ll leave that one to the tasting team at this year’s South Lake Union Block Party.
At the Friday hood hoopla chefs from Flying Fish, re:public, Whole Foods, and Seastar face off in a 90-minute grilling smackdown to see who takes the toque for blue-ribbon burgermonger. The showdown starts at 5pm.
