Five restaurants, a massive market, and a rooftop brewery collab with Dogfish Head Brewing: Batali’s new Manhattan venture Eataly is typically over the top. He told Tom Douglas all about it at the Kim Ricketts event at Palace Ballroom on Tuesday, May 4.
(Warning: there is at least one f-bomb and some middle finger action as well. Don’t blame us, that’s just the way Batali rolls.)
