Molly Moon brings the butterfat to a to-be-determined third location.

Seattle’s favorite ice cream scooper is planning to open another parlor.

According to a release posted on the Molly Moon’s blog, Molly Moon Neitzel will open a third shop in the summer of 2011. It goes on to say: Unsure of what Seattle neighborhood to call home, Neitzel will be parking Leo, the Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream Truck, in three locations over the next three months to see where the most ice cream-lovin’ Seattleites reside.

Those neighborhood include Madrona, Queen Anne, and Ballard.

Madrona is the first nabe to get the Leo love. Starting December 1 and for the rest of the month, the truck will park it at 1435 34th Avenue from 5pm-10pm on Wednesday and Thursday, and from noon-10pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The truck will roll into Queen Anne in January and Ballard in February.

Residents of the latter two should “stay tuned for updates on Leo’s Queen Anne and Ballard whereabouts.”
