It’s easy to think the world is rebounding from the recession when so many exciting projects are in the pipeline. Then news like this surfaces, and we’re reminded we’re not out of the woods yet: After less than a year in business, Artisanal Brasserie and the Artisanal Table has shuttered.
The Bellevue Scene reports the Bravern restaurant closed its doors Sunday, June 13 due to financial hardships.
Seattle Met restaurant critic Kathryn Robinson wrote about Terrance Brennan’s resto last month. She fell hard for the cheese spread, deeming it “a regional treasure,” but felt rather meh about the rest of the menu. Read the review here.
