A few highlights from last night’s Rainn Wilson and Friends benefit show at the Paramount Theatre, including Wilson’s one-liners from when he was in a mental asylum (his words, not mine) and Craig Robinson’s musical comedy a la Darryl at the keyboard on The Office. (Robinson used to be a music teacher in Chicago, hence the mad skills.) I don’t have any video of the musical performances, but there were some great sets by John Roderick and Eric Corson of the Long Winters, Sean Nelson with Awesome, the Presidents of the United States of America, LA up-and-coming songwriter Andy Grammer, and surprise guests Blitzen Trapper.

Take your panties off!
