The happy hours are coming fast and furious. To keep tabs on all of them, Sauced will post a semi-regular rundown of the latest deals and discounts.
Ray's Boathouse
When the iconic Ballard fish house reopens after its remodel, expect a "hot and smoky hour" between 5 and 6 featuring daily fish specials that are yep, smoked. A more traditional barside happy hour isn't planned just yet but may transpire soon.
The Augustus
From 5–7 and again between 10 and 11, a bartender's cocktail pick is $6 while glasses of wine are $5 or $6 and Old Seattle Lager is $3. There's always some sort of meaty special as well (this place is a sausage fest, remember?), like an $8 bacon cheeseburger frank in a brioche bun. Note the Augustus is closed Sunday and Monday.
Ballard Pizza Company
Last week saw the arrival of a few discounts at the Ethan Stowell pie shop: Slices are $2 every day between 4 and 6; pair one with a beer and the price is $5.
Hillside Bar
Among the more generous entrants to the happy hour gang: this recently opened Olive Way watering hole. From 2 to 6, seven days a week, wells are $4.50, tall boys and tap Olympia is $1.50, and all wine and spirits are knocked down one buck.
