Feel the Love

Seattle Met's history-making flash mob cover shoot.

OF COURSE IT was raining the day of our cover shoot. It’s Seattle. We thrive in a fine mist—which is why scores of flash mobbers came out to Gas Works Park to stand shoulder to shoulder with strangers in the shape of a heart; to jump up and down in the mud (on command); to literally face the rain and wave at our photographer Will Austin circling in a helicopter. People came with their kids, their dogs. Men wore pink. Nobody complained. And that’s why we love Seattle.

Vew photos from the event HERE.

Thanks for reading!
