REVAMPS

Frost Doughnuts
Mill Creek's bastion of sensational doughnuts has a major expansion in the works. In May, Frost will reopen in a larger space down the street with an expanded menu of cupcakes, soft-serve frozen custard, and an ice cream sundae that involves a doughnut.

Brgr Bar
Pioneer Square stalwart Dome Burger has a new name and an upgraded menu. The owner’s Korean heritage comes through in some of the burger toppings and the addition of rice bowls.

Corretto
Travis Rosenthal, owner of Rumba and Tango, is turning Broadway trattoria Panevino into Corretto, a cafe by day and bar by night, according to Capitol Hill Seattle blog.

Bluebird Goes Soda Shop in Fremont
The ice creamery is turning its Fremont location into a full-on soda shop, according to Eater Seattle. Front and center: a salvaged and restored 80-year-old soda fountain. Expect to be able to pull up a stool and order a snickerdoodle soda around the end of April.
