Daisley Gordon announced on Facebook that Friday, February 28 will be the last day of service for the Pike Place Market wine bistro, the successor to the legendary Campagne. Stop in before then for a perfect omelet and perhaps a Champagne toast to chef Daisley.

Streamline
The building that houses the famed Lower Queen Anne dive bar is being torn down to make room for a Korean consulate, according to Seattle Weekly. Former Seattle P-I columnist, and current Streamline Tavern owner Mike Lewis mentioned relocating the 60-year old bar but nothing definite has been planned.

Few restaurants reopen after a 10-year hiatus, but the popular French restaurant that once occupied an address on 10th Avenue East has set up shop across the bay on Alki Beach. Here's why we're excited.

Coyle’s Bakeshop
After a winter hiatus, Rachael Coyle's pop-up bakeshop is returning to Fremont’s Book Larder. And this time it's weekly. Look for Coyle's creations every Saturday, starting March 22, according to her Facebook page. Our advice: get there early.

REVAMPS

Panevino
After scrapping his plans for an Italian eatery, Corretto, earlier this year Travis Rosenthal, the owner of Tango and Rumba, plans to take over the Italian trattoria on Broadway, according to Capitol Hill Seattle blog. Rosenthal told us he takes over March 3 and plans to work with the staff and meet the regulars as he figures out his plans for the business.

SHIFT CHANGE

Bridget Charters Joins T-Doug's Culinary School
Charters, a longtime chef-instructor at the Art Institute, will be the director at the culinary school Tom Douglas is planning at the Hotel Andra. The school also has a name: the Hot Stove Society. It's slated to open the first week of June.

U:Don
The U-District’s fresh udon noodle restaurant has plans to open a second location on Capitol Hill, according to Capitol Hill Seattle blog. The shop will occupy a storefront in an under-construction building at 12th and Pine and is aiming for a summer opening. Here's a little preview of the food.
