Crush’s Anniversary Multi-Course Dinner
James Beard Award–winning chef Jason Wilson is celebrating his own anniversary—nine years of Crush—with a blowout menu. Offerings include roasted Hawaiian mero sea bass with truffle emulsion and coriander-mint churi, roasted cauliflower and black truffle soup, and Montana beef eye or rib with parsley vinaigrette. The dinner costs $90 and includes an optional wine pairing for $75. Reservations can be made online.

Seattle Food and Wine Experience
It’s the time where all things culinary come together to showcase Northwestern tastes. Come to the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall and experience bites and sips from around the area with exhibitors providing savories and sweets such as cheese, chocolate, wine, beer, and more. The event kicks off at 1 and tickets are $55 for general admission and available online (VIP tickets are already sold out). This event benefits Les Dames d'Escoffier Seattle.
Sunday Supper at Volunteer Park Cafe

Kermit Lynch Wine Dinner

T Doug’s Tanakasan is changing things up with Tacosan, a one-night fiesta in the private dining room of the Asian restaurant. Sous chef Cameron Hanin will be creating the four-course feast including fried plantain, guajillo chili and seafood soup, and pork pibil tacos. Beverage manager Nick Jarvis will be mixing and pouring paired beverages with the courses. Tickets are $65 and available online.
Intro to Whiskey at Tommy Gun
Mixology 101 continues at Tommy Gun with a session that’s all about whiskey and facilitated by Tommy Gun’s own bartender Andrew Dalan. Starting at 7, learn how to mix and master several whiskey cocktails including the Manhattan, old fashioned, and whiskey sour, and sample rye, bourbon, and scotch. In honor of the first anniversary of being in the new space in Phinney, Mai Thaiku has a promotion from now until February 28.
