Idaho chef Adam Hegsted cooks at the Coeur d’Alene Casino and Resort, but occasionally passes through for a popup dinner. He will be at the VUDE Friday night serving up oysters, artichokes, and anchovies.

Hosted by Cedarbrook Lodge and benefitting Food Lifeline, this celebrity chef dinner and auction brings awareness to the need to end hunger in our community. For $195, enjoy a five-course meal prepared by Ethan Stowell and others, and participate in raffles and a live auction.
Sake and Sashimi Cooking Class
From 2 to 4, Trace’s sushi maestro Hayeong and executive chef Ryan Loo teach the art of sashimi with cutting techniques, plating presentation, and rice basics. Tickets are $50 and include a “surprise swag bag.”
Wingman Brewers Anniversary
It's a bit of a drive, but Wingman is celebrating its second anniversary with a party at the taproom from noon until midnight. Look for pours that include the Ace IPA, Miss-B-Haven tripel, cherry sour stout, and others; Tacoma’s own Red Hot will also be on site serving up its signature hot dogs.
Leavenworth Ale Festival
