What has a 16 acre tangle of manicured gardens, a gentle stream, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and covered pavilions—and is named for, well, ostensibly for the charmingly chirpy tune of the rana species?

That'd be Froggsong Gardens on Vashon Island, the newest event space from Herban Feast, the folks who do Sodo Park, the Foundry, and more.

"Vashon Island is a very special place for me, blending quiet country and small town with the convenience of being 35-minutes from downtown Seattle," said Herban Feast owner BJ Duft via press release, adding that he's always wanted to add an outdoor venue to his company's repertoire.

The weddings and events venue welcomed vendors and professionals for a tour this week, and bookings are sure to follow. Froggsong is available from June through September for parties from 25 to 250; contact Herban Feast for more information.
