The wood oven is firing pies. The chandelier is hung. The espresso machine is at the ready. The new location of Mioposto, the pizzeria and Italian spot beloved in Mount Baker, is now open for business in Bryant/Ravenna.

Mioposto 2.0 can be found at 3426 NE 55th Street, at the intersection of 35th Ave and down the street from other neighborhood institutions like Pair and Frank's Oyster House. The restaurant will kick things off with dinner service tonight, says owner Jeremy Hardy. On Thursday it commences the regular morning-to-night schedule, opening for coffee and breakfast service at 7:30 and moving straight through to lunch, then dinner, and closing at 10pm (or 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays).

Mioposto's wood-burning oven contributes to much of the menu, and the lineup of pies, lasagne, salads, and breakfast pizzas should look familiar to anyone who frequents the original location. Even the bread for the morningtime sandwiches spends some time in there. The roster of beer, wine, and cocktails, presumably, notsomuch.

Keep an eye on the Facebook page for the new Mioposto location should anything change.
