Clogs are making a comeback—but in a really, really cool way. For instance: A Mano's edgy and sustainable slip-ons from Sydney Brown.

The designer sources supplies from Italy and runs her own factory in L.A., producing shoes that are animal, earth, and fashion friendly. Green ethos is priority when it comes to the artisan-made shoes, meaning no animal products are used at any point, just recycled and sustainable materials like coconut insoles and reclaimed wooden soles.

With cobblers' apprenticeships in LA and Tokyo under her belt, Brown manages to channel that whole "cutting edge minimal vibe" without sparing comfort. Her designs fall under the Stella McCartney vegan fashion category just as easily as they do the Céline sculptural platform division

Prices start at $370.
