One thing I particularly appreciate about Maria Hines—this woman likes a party. Sometimes it’s a bourbony barbecue for Tilth’s birthday, or a brief deviation from the Sicilian menu at Agrodolce to serve sausages for Oktoberfest.

On Tuesday, February 18, Hines's second restaurant, the Mediterranean-influenced Golden Beetle, is three years old. So Hines is running a celebratory happy hour all day long from today through Wednesday the 19th.

The restaurant is open 4:30 to 10, so you fortunate folk who have today off for President’s Day can get a jump on the $7 rosemary margaritas.

Here's the happy hour menu. Don't miss the fries.
