Willy Boutillier and Axel Macé are preparing to open Le Zinc Restaurant and Bar early next week. The sibling to Maximilien in Pike Place Market is part bistro, part living room, but wholly French. Recently we pondered the bounty of absinthe, the many preparations of mussels, and the hand-churned butter that await within. Have a look around at the many wine-inspired touches, the zinc-topped bar, and, for lack of a better term, the cool sculptural wall in the cozy, Graham Baba–designed space.
