On Tuesday nights, Delancey’s sibling bar morphs into a den of well-wrought tacos and festive tiki drinks, like this swizzle of Plantation Original Dark rum in a vintage tiki mug. A housemade liqueur of roasted plantains, fresh lime, and house pineapple syrup sweeten the deal—but not too much.
