The Week in Happy Hours: Bacon, Bluebird Beer, and Bar Cotto
More specifically: Bacon happy hour is back at Local 360.
Your best bet for averting crowds is to come when Cotto opens at 4. That's also when happy hour starts so hey, a win-win situation. You'll then have till 6 to enjoy discounts on the meat- and pizzy-centric menu and its cocktail counterpart.
The Pike Street microcreamery recently made the leap to nanobrewery, and isn't wasting time in making it known. Stop by weekdays between 5 and 7 to try the Theo Chocolate Milk Stout and Caffé Vita Coffee Porter, pints of which are $1 off.
This days-old Columbia City pub serves Cornish pastis and during the 4 to 6 happy hour, $3 pints and $2.50 wells. One of the owners of Full Tilt opened Saloon, so it comes as no surprise to learn diversions like chess and shuffleboard are on offer.
Need a few practice runs before Cochon 555? Belltown's bacon happy hour returns March 8. This here takes pork infatuation to new heights—five of the featured cocktails are bacon infused, as are nine of the dishes and several of the desserts—which is probably why reservations are recommended. The pig-out occurs between 3 and 6.
