A certified sommelier, Amanda Balo first became interested in wine while working part-time in a wine bar and attending Central Washington University. She was also inspired while taking classes with Master of Wine Amy Mumma. Balo has worked as the lead sommelier for Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar, and is now the Wine Sales Consultant for Cordon Selections in Seattle.
