Valentine's Day Dinners: "Hot and Heavy"
Our second installment of Valentine's Day options is all about sexy dinners heavy on the aphrodisiacs. Get a room will you?
Last week we brought you some dining options for longstanding loves. This week: dinners for couples in that (enviable) hot and heavy stage.
What: Chef Nathan Lockwood prepares a subtly seductive four-course menu including beef tenderloin and lobster tail.
When: February 14–16, 5–10pm
How much: $125 per person, or add $59 for wine pairings.

What: You have two options. Either a three-course “Bubbles” menu the week before Valentine’s Day, or three separate options on the 14th for you and your significant other to share. Choose the First Base option and you might want to take it to third upstairs in a room at the Four Seasons.
When: February 9–13, and February 14.
How much: $55 per person for the “Bubbles” menu from Feb 9 to 13, and between $60 and $110 on Valentine’s Day.

What: A multi-course meal prepared by chef Jason Stratton and sous chef Sasha Rosenfeld with special (optional) bottles of wine available, selected by bar manager Adam Fortuna.

What: Executive chef Bobby Moore and chef de cuisine Joshua Delgado are celebrating during the entire month of February, offering a special four-course aphrodisiac menu—like you and hot stuff need help. Enjoy the lobster and spot prawn ravioli.
When: 5–10pm, and the party can continue upstairs in the Willows Lodge.
How much: $69 per person, plus another $30 for wine pairing.

What: Again with the aphrodisiacs. Chef Sam Crannell doesn’t skimp with the sexy ingredients for the three-course menu which includes lobster and oysters, plus a special touch of honey and avocados.

What: Love is surely in the air in the heart of Seattle, with a five-course tasting menu including caviar, truffles, and chocolate, all washed down with sparkling wine flights.
