With the release of its Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey, Oola Distillery is officially in the brown booze game. But you won't find it on the liquor shelves just yet. Bottles go on sale this Saturday in the Oola tasting room at 9am. You can also reserve bottles for pickup by emailing email@example.com.

Fresh Bistro is now doing pig roasts (using those Caja China roasting boxes coveted by many a chef and home griller) every other Thursday for the rest of the summer. The next one, a Korean barbecue theme, is August 23. Service starts at 5. Reservations are recommended.
